30 Day Blog Challenge- Day 18-Something you regret

Ouch. I don't like this one :/

There are very few things in life I regret. Like really, I don't have many regrets. I believe things happen for a reason and what mistakes we make we can learn some type of lesson from them.

However, that doesn't mean there aren't things I wish I didn't do. I have one "incident" that pretty much haunts me. No matter what has happened in life, no matter who it is that I am having the blow-out with somehow this incident ALWAYS gets thrown in my face. The sucky part is, what happened was YEARS ago and the part that should make people made doesn't...the act itself does and although I 100% understand why it's just not fair. The circumstances are never taken into consideration and it's just automatic judging.

That's all I can divulge folks. I try hard to repress those memories as it caused a lot of havoc on many lives and hurt people when it was NEVER meant to be that way. Mistakes happen. We make dumb choices. All we can do is move on...

I took the plunge!

For those that know me IRL, you know that since E turned one I have been "considering" adding another baby to the bunch :) As the weeks went by my consideration turned into "I WANT ONE!!!" lol. I honestly didn't think I would get baby fever this early. But now I am aching so much to have another little itty bitty baby :(

I adore E. He's more world and as much as I want another baby it freaks me out to think that I won't have as much time for him. Plus, I know mentally and financially we're just not ready for another baby. DH said a while ago that we could try when E turns 3. THREE?? Really?! I can't wait that long. I'll got nuts waiting that long.

Soooo....

After reading Lisa's confession I decided to get the guts to approach DH about re-visiting the baby subject. Last week while E was in Pre-School we decided to have some alone time and do lunch. While chatting I got super serious and asked if we could discuss some things :). He laughed and agreed and I laid it ALL out to him. I told him how I felt, how much I wanted to add to our family and asked if we could save enough money (we need to expect I will be on bedrest again at 6 months), I lose the weight I need to (I'm just not healthy right now and I know it), and get a few other things in order if would could start trying mid/late next year....and he said YES!!!

I was shocked it was that easy. I think secretly he's been thinking about it too. He keeps making comments about how big E is getting and gets so sad when he realizes his little baby isn't so little anymore. Now, there is a lot of things I gotta do to make this happen but at least now I have some pretty heavy motivation to get it going!! Thanks Lisa for giving me the motivation to suck it up and put it out there :D

30 Day Blog Challenge- Day 15-Bible verse

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Love never fails....And now these three main: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

30 Day Blog Challenge- Day 14-A picture you love

LOVE this picture by Ivy Studios. It was taken this past May and I think totally was a prelude to how E's personality would develop in the months to come. He wasn't such a goofball then but NOW is a total ham! Loves to bounce around and make silly faces. Oh and me and DH look pretty happy too :P

30 Day Blog Challenge: Day 12- What you believe

I believe in 2nd chances.
I believe that being a mom is the most wonderful "job" in the whole world.
I believe that as long as you learn from your mistakes and commit to not repeating them most can be forgiven.
I believe that family is more than those that are blood related.
I believe that college is better the 2nd time around :)
I believe its ok to eat dessert after every dinner.
I believe it's ok to spoil your child as long as they don't become a brat about it.
I believe manners matter.
I believe in marriage.
I believe in God.
I believe that sometimes you just need a good cry.
I believe the bad times help you appreciate the good times.
I believe that blogging is therapeutic :P

30 Day Blog Challenge: Day 11- Favorite TV Shows

TV is a favorite DVR past-time of mine. I don't get to sit down and watch it very often so I have a nice little collection piling up! Here is MOST of what is saved on the tube right now:
