There really isn't much too report which has it's up's and downs. Week 4 I gained 1 lb but was on AF so that was the reasoning behind my back-tracking. I know now I need to really buckle down during that week cause I give in SOOO easily.
Week 5 we were in AZ and I was so sure I would gain cause the diet went down the drain but thankfully I actually went right back down to where I was at the end of Week 3 so I am still down 9.5 lbs.
Now that we are back home I have no excuses and plan to really stick to my diet and kick some butt!!
